Ben is a cofounder and partner at House of Renewables, with over 17 years of experience in the energy sector. He specializes in strategic advice for companies aiming to excel in the renewable energy industry.
From 2018 to 2022, Ben served as CEO of Siemens Gamesa’s Norwegian unit, driving significant growth and establishing the company as a leader in the wind energy market. He also contributed to policy development as a board member of the Norwegian Wind Energy Association (NORWEA).
Ben’s expertise lies in wind turbine procurement, installation, and operation, with hands-on involvement in nearly 40% of all wind turbines installed in Norway. His experience spans both onshore and offshore projects, offering deep contractual, commercial, and project management insights.
At House of Renewables, Ben advises on business strategy, M&A, wind turbine procurement, bid management, and internationalization. He helps clients enhance efficiency, secure market share, and achieve sustainable growth.
Ben holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oslo.

Tormod is a cofounder and partner at House of Renewables with over 20 years of experience in the energy sector. Tormod focuses on business development and bringing projects from late-stage development phase to investment and construction.
Tormod has led the development and construction of multiple wind power projects in the Nordic region. He has often worked with leading international investors and local developers in partnerships.
With work experience holding senior positions from utilities and private equity, Tormod has the experience to advise on transactions and partnerships needed to realize complex projects. Tormod has developed, constructed and divested both onshore and offshore wind power projects. Previous employers include companies like Arowya (swiss based utility), Captiva (norwegan asset manager) and Axpo (swiss based utility and trading company).
At House of Renewables, Tormod focuses on optimizing clients’ projects to a status where investment can be made, and construction starts.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oslo and Certified Financial Analyst from Norwegian School of Economics NHH.

Andreas is a cofounder and partner at House of Renewables, with over 11 years of expertise in renewable energy, specializing in late-stage project development, transaction management, and business development.
He has been an active part in realizing multiple renewable energy projects across the Nordic region, contributing to power purchase agreements, project valuation, financial modeling, and turbine sales.
Before founding House of Renewables, Andreas held senior roles at Vattenfall, wpd Scandinavia, and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, where he gained extensive experience in structuring complex transactions and fostering partnerships.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from Linköping University.
